On my creative journey, I realised how important it is for me to do something that has meaning — not only for myself, but also for others, especially those who are marginalised and left outside of society.
This is how my passion for psychology began.
Over time, this passion grew into a deeper path of learning and working with people. Through various trainings and studies, I earned a certificate as an art therapist, and I am currently training in Gestalt psychotherapy. Along the way, I have also gained experience working with people living with mental disabilities and those struggling with addictions.
This journey is not over yet. I continue to learn, explore, and deepen my understanding of what it means to support others through creativity, presence, and human connection.
Because I believe that art heals — and sometimes, simply being truly seen and heard can be healing too.
